Important Updates Coming Your Way
To all our valued clients and team members, I’m writing to inform you of upcoming adjustments to our Service and Rental Rates. We’re constantly striving to align our offerings with the needs of our customers and the demands of the market. In pursuit of this goal, we’re implementing new rates effective March 1, 2024.
Service Rates Update
Our IT team is diligently working to integrate the new Service Rates into our system. We understand the importance of transparency and accessibility of this information. Thus, we have ensured that the updated Service Rates sheet is readily available in multiple shared locations within our network:

Rental Rates Sheet Update
The updated Rental Rates sheet is currently being finalized and will be distributed by Monday. This delay is due to the need for system-generated price adjustments, ensuring accuracy and consistency across our offerings. We appreciate your patience as we finalize these adjustments.
Internal Rate Evaluations
In addition to the public-facing rate adjustments, we are also in the process of evaluating our Internal rates. Expect an update on this front within the next five days. We’re committed to maintaining a balance that supports both our operational efficiency and our commitment to offering competitive pricing.
No Changes to Planned Maintenance Pricing
We want to assure our customers that there will be no changes to our Planned Maintenance pricing at this time. Our goal is to continue providing exceptional service without additional financial burden on our clients.
